Even if it falls outside the scope of your current package, I’d still love for you to share the details with me. As my client, you’re always welcome to send along anything you’re working on—I’m happy to give a little extra love by promoting your event or launch on my social channels as a complimentary bonus.

Just a quick note: if you’d like me to create any additional graphics, captions, written content, or other custom assets specifically for the promotion, those will be considered add-ons and billed separately via my à la carte menu (see above).

The Lit Buzz Bundle: $150 minimum
For generating local press and media attention.

-Promotion inquiries, interviews, or feature opportunities

The Author Spotlight Bundle: Starting at $250
Best for launches or authors wanting maximum local visibility.

Event Planning and Outreach
Planning, promoting, and managing bookish events so you can focus on your story. From coordinating logistics to creating event promo graphics and showing up for light support, I help make author events feel organized, intentional, and stress-free.

Event Planning Bundles

The Booked & Busy Bundle
For authors with an event secured who need help bringing it together. Think of this like a singular event at a bookstore
$120 per event (flat rate)

Includes:
-Timeline coordination leading up to the event
-Coordinating with the hosting bookstore, library, or venue (emailing about idea, planning times and dates, etc.)
-Scheduling support and communication between you and the host
-Event promo graphics for social media

The Author on Tour Bundle
For authors appearing as vendors at multi-author or curated book events. Think of this as securing a spot at a market or book fair.
$150 per event (flat rate)

Includes:
-Pre-event communication support
-Coordination with third-party event planners
(ex. Front Paige Media or similar)
-Scheduling confirmation and logistics
-Event promo graphics

The Signing Day Bundle
Best for authors who want hands-on support and content from their event.
$175 per event (flat rate – Charlotte area only)

Includes:
-On-site content capture (photos/videos for social media)
-Full event coordination and communication
-Event promo graphics
-Ongoing communication leading up to the event
-Light day-of support

  • Light Day-Of Support: $50–$100 per event (Based on location)
    • Behind-the-scenes content capture
    • Arrival support
    • Basic coordination with venue staff
  • Events outside Charlotte may include additional travel expenses
  • (gas, mileage, or extended time)
  • Any additional costs will always be discussed and approved in advance
